Synopsis
Gaspard has just witnessed the murder of one his classmate. When you’re just 17, it seems hard to get over this. That’s what his father Antoine strongly believes.
Antoine is a wildlife filmmaker who about to get back to his childhood region to direct a film about the local brown trout. Determined to save his son, he decides to take Gaspard with him. Antoine also hopes to renew their distended relationship and provide him a new vision of humanity.
Antoine will take Gaspard to a wide range of comical – if not burlesque – situations. Through this common adventure and their sometimes violent conflicts, two generations and ages will confront each other.
A complex transgenerational bond is also being revealed whereas Antoine tries to settles his score with his recently deceased father.
